When the Meetio Room tablet cannot connect to the calendar, the device will expect like this in Meetio Admin:

The first thing you lot need to do is finding the mistake message.  This can exist found either by clicking on the "Show details" or past clicking on "Diagnostics" and then click "commencement" to run the full diagnostic.

  • The service account is disabled
  • The service account has been deleted
  • EWS and/or bones auth is disabled in your tenant
  • The service account has MFA enabled

If information technology is one of the concluding 2, then you will need to use oAuth instead.

Mailbox xxx-thirty-xxx has no valid license

The service account needs a valid EOL license (Substitution Online Plan i or college)

Invalid credentials

Check username and password for the service account and right it nether "connections" in Admin

Role 365 (Modern Hallmark)

Error:

Solution:

Token has expired on appointment: xx/xx/xxxx

Access tokens are no longer valid (commonly due to non-use).  Go to "connections" in Meetio Admin, click edit on the connexion, then click "Re-authenticate" and log in to O365 with the aforementioned service business relationship.  Once that is done, wait 5-ten mins and the devices will connect automatically

On Device message:

Setup a calendar connection/invalid configuration

Re-authenticate connection as described to a higher place

The specified detail was not found in the shop

The service account does not have permission to admission the room, needs to be delegated in Exchange Online (can take upwards to 24 hours to work)

Bad/invalid request format

Check that the room address in Meetio Admin doesn't contain any unsupported characters

The requested user is invalid

Cheque that the e-mail address to the room is correct and also the primary SMTP

Mistake 401 - Unauthorized

This can mean a number of things:

  • The service business relationship is disabled
  • The service business relationship has been deleted

Mailbox has no valid license

The service account needs a valid EOL license (Exchange Online Plan 1 or higher)

First, try re-authenticating the connection in Meetio Admin.  Go to "connections", edit the connection, click re-authenticate, and log in to Google with the same service business relationship

If that doesn't work, the admission tokens have been revoked and need to be created again.

To practise this, create a new connection with the same service account.  In one case that is done, get to "Rooms" and alter the service account on each room to apply the new connexion.

In Meetio Admin: Uninitiated

On-device: Beginning by setting upwards your connection

Go to Meetio Admin and re-authenticate the connectedness

Adding rooms manually isn't working

Rooms cannot exist created manually, they must be imported.  If you demand to add more rooms to Meetio Admin, practice the following:

Create a new connection with the same service account.  One time that is done, become to "Rooms" and change the service business relationship on each room to apply the new connection
