I'm wondering if I'm the only person who does this, but during the workweek, I mostly drink either decaf or one-half-caf coffee, because while total-on coffee helps me become a lot of stuff done, it makes me super jittery, and when I'm sitting at that place trying to put my thoughts together or exercise something like write, I just tin can't handle it sometimes. There's no outlet for all of the buzzing going on in my body and my caput.
